
The Mojito is a cocktail that consists of a 5 ingredients. This is a very popular summer drink and goes well with a variety of appetizers.
Mojito

The original Cuban recipe uses spearmint or yerba buena, a mint that is very popular in Cuba.
Ingredients:
- Rum - 1 shot
- Mint Leaves - 12
- Soda Water - 2 oz
- Lime Juice - ½ oz
Instructions:
- Place 12 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon sugar in the bottom of a glass and Muddle.
- Pour 1 shot of rum (your choice, I like to use a good spiced rum), ½ oz lime juice, and 2 oz soda water.
- Stir with the other end of the muddler.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
