		<description><![CDATA[in the directions you forgot to show cheese as an ingredient.  Also you can buy salsa ranch or you can make your own. (equal parts ranch and your favorite salsa).
I just happen to buy cheese for another recipe so I added shredded sharp chedar instead of cubes as called for, worked great.  Also I only used 1/2 of each pepper, a little bit milder taste for folks who aren&#039;t bell pepper fans.
Over all I received many compliments and will pass the recipe along to friends.]]></description>
